【Important Notices for Use】

prohibited from exercising by a physician or
other health professional.
②I am not suffering from any legally contagious
disease, skin disease, or any other disease.
③I do not have any tattoos.
④I do not belong to any antisocial organization
or its affiliated groups.
⑤I must be at least 15 years old (excluding
junior high school students), in good health, and
able to manage my own behavior in the facility.
⑥ I will behave appropriately as a user and will
not cause trouble to other members.
⑦I will notify you if I am injured while using the
facility.
